A visit to the veterinarian after hours can be emotionally and financially stressful. We understand this and want to work with you to develop the best treatment plan for your pet. Your Animal Emergency Service veterinarian will provide an estimate of the costs for treatment and/or hospitalisation. We encourage you to mention any financial concerns so we can help you with one of the following financial options or an alternate treatment plan.

If your pet is hospitalised, you will be asked to sign a consent form confirming the estimate for your pet's treatment. You will also be required to leave a deposit. If your pet is going home the account will need to be settled in full. We do not offer payment plans but are willing to help you apply for VetPay or Gem Visa Finance.

VetPay is a veterinary care finance company with a network of participating vets throughout Australia including Animal Emergency Service. You can complete a pre-approval application at home or our friendly staff can help you with an application at any of our hospitals.

Click here to complete a pre-approval application with VetPay. There is no application fee. Allow one business day for processing.
